Eneclann requires an experienced researcher to head up its Probate Research Department. The job will be based in Dublin City Centre with some flexibility to work from home.
Job Requirements:
Manage probate clients
Undertake research ensuring a quick turn around
Maintenance of client databases
Forward information for timely invoicing
Work with Marketing to increase awareness of Eneclann’s Probate research work
Where necessary coordinate with the Irish Family History Centre genealogical researchers
Candidate Requirements – Essential:
Third level degree – preferably in History or Law
In-depth knowledge of relevant sources and repositories
Research and report writing skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Experience dealing with clients
Ability to work on own as well as part of a team
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Candidate Requirements – Preferable
A postgraduate qualification in a history, genealogy or legal related field
Marketing and sales promotion experience
Salary Range – €30,000-€33,000 depending on experience
